The biggest "difference" in our program is the tempo and priority we emphasis in weight room flow and active rest / prehab exercises. We also incorporate some type of competition or finisher at the end of every workout. Speed Training

1-What makes your program different from everyone else selling workouts?

I would like to believe there are multiple aspects of our program and our company that separates us from the competition. We've been fortunate to work for and be mentored by the top college strength coaches in the country over the past 15 years... All the credit to our knowledge really needs to go to them... 

The biggest weakness I see in high school weight rooms and practices is not the coaches want to or give a sh** factor, it really is they have never learned or been taught by other great coaches of what it takes day in and day out to execute at a high level.

That is just segment 1 of the weight room... Each segment is similar with the goal of specifically training like an athlete.

2. Like all coaches I need my kids stronger, more explosive and faster. What are you doing for that?  Don't talk in circles, tell me lifts and so on and the purpose for them (why do I want to pay for stuff I may already be doing)

As far as progressions are concerned there will be a wide range through out the year. This off-season we started with pause squats and eccentric work leading into a linear progression building up to a new 5 rm. (Pause Squats & Ecc. work really clean up technique for our kids) You will also see some contrast training included with some of our main strength and Olympic lifts. 

We stay within prilepin's chart for a program like this when we can not moderator the athletes 1on1. As you can see in the template we include a ton of active rest / prehab work to make sure athletes are never standing around. 

We create a team atmosphere with finishers that are implemented at the end of every workout. 
We have position specific agilities that we include with the program that you're able to apply at anytime. Keep in mind this program was created to fit a wide variety of schools needs...

3-How do you know what will work for us?  Is your program just a generalization of what high school athletes need?

4. Equipment Needed?
